'There’s deep concern about the situation we’re in': Cod quota uncertainty rattles Norwegian fleet

Calls for a 21 percent cut to the Barents Sea cod quota and stalled fisheries talks with Russia have created deep unease across Norway’s fishing sector, with industry leaders warning of severe consequences for small-boat operators and coastal processors.
