Thai Union, Tri-Marine and Bolton Group have topped a ranking of international seafood companies' efforts to reduce the impact of lost fishing gear, but none of the companies surveyed were deemed to be "setting best practice".

The new 2019 report, Ghosts beneath the waves: 2nd Edition from World Animal Protection ranked 25 seafood companies across 5 tiers, with Thai Union, Tri-Marine and Bolton Group the first to enter tier 2.
