Russian Crab Group, the country’s second-largest crab quota holder, is looking to expand in the US market and has plans to begin deliveries of frozen boiled crab to the market this year.
“Although the upward trend of the US crab market is a bit late when compared with the Asian countries, we are seeing demand and a revival of trade," Russian Crab Group General Director Dmitry Trubnikov told IntraFish.
