Official: Scottish government has always been against CFP

Scottish Fisheries Minister Fergus Ewing MSP claimed the Scottish government has always been against the European Union's Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), reportsThe Press and Journal.

This was despite political opponents arguing ruling party SNP wished to remain in the scheme by staying in the EU.
