Norway, the European Union and the Faroe Islands have agreed on a 41 percent lift on the Atlantic mackerel quota for 2020.
The coastal states agreed to set the quota at 922,000 metric tons, in line with the Norwegian Fishermen's Association's (Fiskarlaget) recommendation.
