The Norwegian quotas for blue whiting and Norwegian spring spawning (NGV) herring have been set for 2021 and they mark a big difference from last year's numbers.
The 2021 blue whiting quota is 20 percent lower than last year at 929,292 metric tons, while herring has been raised 24 percent to 651,033 metric tons.
