Norway stops all vessel sales to foreign buyers after Samherji deal draws scrutiny

Norway's fisheries minister has taken the unprecedented step of halting all sales of commercial fishing vessels -- including minority stakes -- to foreign buyers, and says a reversal of previous deals is a possibility.
