Havfisk, Leroy Seafood's wholly-owned whitefish harvesting and processing subsidiary, reported a dramatic decline in second-quarter earnings as the COVID-19 pandemic took its toll.

Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) slipped into the red with losses amounting to NOK 5 million (€473,000/$558,000), largely due to a decline in prices for the group's main species.

Havfisk's revenues fell 9 percent to NOK 609 million (€57 million/$68 million).
