The Supreme Court of Iceland ruled in favor of fishing giant Samherji in its battle with the country’s central bank on Nov. 8, putting an end to almost seven years of legal action.

“All claims and allegations by the Central Bank against Samherji and our employees have been overridden and the bank is being warned,” the company said in a statement thanking its employees for their support.

The long running legal dispute centered on allegations by the bank accusing Samherji’s of abusive transfer pricing to subsidiaries.
