While it's not immediately obvious how tractor, racing car and drone technology might come into play in a fishery, for one of Australian's largest shrimp harvesters, this kind of outside-the-box thinking has come to characterize its unique approach in an otherwise traditional industry.

Catching around 5,000 metric tons of shrimp and 5,000 metric tons of whitefish, producer A Raptis & Sons has installed several new innovations across its operations, in both fishing and processing, that CEO Arty Raptis describes as "game-changers."
