During Grieg Seafood's annual meeting this summer, it was decided the company could buy its own shares for use in an employee share savings program, which aims to "encourage loyalty" within the company.

Following this decision, 14,737 shares have been transferred to company employees. The gross purchase price was NOK 136.5 (€13.50/$15) per share, traded between Nov. 7 and 20.
