Gleb Frank, the founder of pollock giant Russian Fishery Company (RFC), has fully sold his stake in the company and left its ownership.

Frank is the son-in-law of Russian tycoon Gennady Timchenko and the son of the ex-Minister of Transport Sergei Frank.

He sold his 29.9 percent stake in the company to co-owning partners, who consolidated 100 percent of the shares in the authorized capital of RFC through Ost Invest Holding LLC, according to the country’s Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL).
