New Norwegian fishing company Bluewild is buying freezer trawler "Volstad" and its quotas, with the takeover planned for completion at the start of 2021.
"The acquisition lays the foundation for Bluewild's commitment to build a seafood company focused on sustainable fishing, 100-percent resource utilization and onboard production," said Bluewild CEO Tore Roaldsnes.
This is not the first time Roaldsnes has bought a trawler from Eivind Volstad, owner and chairman of the board of Volstad.
