Alaska whitefish supplier Fishermen's Finest is likely headed for a restructuring as its CEO, Helena Park, who has lead the US company since 1986, eyes retirement.
Seattle, Washington-based Cascadia Capital has been identified as working with Fishermen's Finest on valuing the company. It remains unclear if the company will ultimately be sold outright, or whether an investor will be brought in as part of a restructuring plan.
Fishermen's Finest owns America's Finest, a $75 million, 264-foot factory trawler built at Washington State's Dakota Shipyard.
