US land-based pompano farmer Aquaco has raised $600,000 (€530,000) through the Harvest Returns crowdfunding platform, which facilitates capital raises for small to medium-sized farmers and ranchers.
The company launched the capital raise in December and was looking to attract up to $750,000 (€664,039) in capital during the month-long funding effort.
Other investors have committed $1.25 million (€1.1 million) to this round.
