US investment firm Eat & Beyond Global has completed an acquisition of Canada-based insect protein company Goldbloom.
The investor completed the acquisition, which was first announced in June, of 50 percent of the issued and outstanding shares, and 100 percent of the outstanding warrants in the capital of Goldbloom.
