UK-based salmon supplier Severn and Wye Smokery saw a lift in profit in its latest financial year ending March 31, 2018, recovering slightly from a tricky situation the year prior.
Operating profit increased percent to £791,879 (€878,653/$1 million) in the year, up from £529,369 (€587,377/$670,642) in 2017 – but it was still way below the £2.6 million (€2.9 million/$3.3 million) profit the company posted in 2016.
