Thai Union has set up a joint venture with Thai beverages company BevTech to invest in and collaborate on development, production and distribution of various "nutritious" food and beverage products.
The new company has registered capital of THB 10 million (€271,752/$320,272), with BevTech owning a 51 percent stake and Thai Union 49 percent.
