Thai Union Group is establishing a joint venture company in India along with R&B Food Supply and Srinivasa Cystine Private Limited, an associate of Avanti Group, to distribute high quality food ingredients in the Indian market.
The new entity will distribute food ingredients such as flavorings and coatings, and will potentially explore the setup of its own manufacturing facility in India.
R&B Food Supply will hold 51 percent of the company, Srinivasa Cystine Private Limited will hold 30 percent and Thai Union 19 percent.
