Thai seafood giant Thai Union Chairman Kraisorn Chansiri and CEO Thiraphong Chansiri purchased a combined 20 percent stake in business management and accounting software firm Biz Dimension from Thai Union.
The transaction was worth around THB 25 million (€725,538/$812,808).
Chairman Kraisorn Chansiri purchased 600,000 shares, while Thai Union's CEO Thiraphong Chansiri bought 400,000 shares in the business, which Thai Union had a stake in.
