European surimi and seafood processing giant Viciunai Group said it has held preliminary talks over recent weeks with four potential buyers for its Russian processing operations.
The sale is expected to go through once raw materials have been consumed and creditors and suppliers are paid, Viciunai board member Dainius Matijosaitis said in a post on the company's official Linkedin page.
Among the potential buyers are large food production companies.
