Two seafood suppliers sued US-based National Fish and Seafood (NFS) in the months leading up to the Pacific Andes-owned company's closure, asking the recently-defunct company to pay $2.6 million (€2.3 million) for damages caused by unfulfilled purchase orders, according to a lawsuit filed May 8 in a Massachusetts federal court.
