Seafood investor Bluefront ready to plow $40 million into companies for latest fund

Norwegian investment firm Bluefront Equity, which focuses on sustainable investments across the seafood value chain, hopes to add more companies to its inaugural fund this year.

Bluefront signed three deals last year, the latest being an investment in aquaculture services group AkvaSafe, and it expects to add two to four more companies to its current fund for a total of as many as seven investments.
