Scottish Sea Farms is questioning its role in a class-action lawsuit filed in the US District of Florida earlier this year that alleges the company, along with Norwegian salmon giants, colluded to fix salmon prices in the United States.
On Thursday US District Judge Cecilia Altonaga approved the company's request to move forward with its motion to be dismissed from the major case "for lack of personal jurisdiction."
