Scottish smoked salmon and shellfish producer Associated Seafoods seemingly shrugged off any adverse impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit, growing operating profit 125 percent in its latest financial year ending in October 2020.

Operating profit for the group -- which is the parent company of Lossie Seafoods and Moray Seafoods – was £1.8 million (€2.1 million/$2.5 million), compared with £797,306 (€933,682/$1.1 million) in the year prior.
