Norwegian salmon farmer SalMar has completed a new senior unsecured green bond issue of NOK 3.5 billion (€345.7 million/$413.3 million) in a significantly oversubscribed fund raising that was initially aimed at collecting around NOK 2.5 billion (€250 million/$296.9 million).
The bonds, financial instruments created to fund projects that have positive environmental benefits, will mature on Jan.
