Russian Fishery Company (RFC), one of the world's largest whitefish producers, started supplying Poland and Singapore with pollock during the first six months of this year, as catches and production continued to grow.
While retaining its traditional markets, including China and Korea as well as the domestic market, RFC is expanding and now also supplies pollock fillets to Singapore and headed and gutted (H&G) pollock to Poland, Viktor Litvinenko, CEO of Russian Fishery Company, told IntraFish.
