Russian conglomerate AFK Sistema, owned by Russian billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov, has acquired Loyd-Fish, one of the largest wild salmon producers in Kamchatka, according to the AFK Sistema website.
The Management Company Kamchatka Project, a subsidiary of AFK Sistema, acquired a 99.99 percent stake each in Loyd-Fish LLC and Loyd-Avto LLC. The shares were bought from Yuri Logish and Ruslan Shaykhov.
The deal was completed in December but terms were not disclosed.
