Royal Greenland reported a growth in both its revenue and profit in the first half of the year, turning around from the loss it reported in the same period of 2016.

This is despite ongoing "challenges within shipping and an unfortunate development in pound sterling as a result of Brexit," it said.

The group reported a net profit of DKK 1 million (€134,392/$160,680) in the first six months, up from a loss of DKK 12 million (€1.6 million/$1.9 million) last year.
