The Champlain Financial Corporation of Montreal has acquired Captain Dan’s Seafood of Shediac, New Brunswick, reports Food in Canada.
Captain Dan’s Seafood employs more than 200 workers and sells to retailers, restaurant chains, cruise lines and regional distributors in North America, Asia and Europe.
