Whitefish harvesting giant Russian Fishery Company (RFC) caught a record of 323,000 metric tons last year, reaping the full benefit of its quota.

Over the course of 2020, the company lifted production of pollock fillets and mince by 25 percent, and roe production by 19 percent, using that increased raw material to fuel the group's pivot toward higher volumes of value-added products -- one of the company's strategic goals, RFC General Director Viktor Litvinenko said.
