Dutch fishing and processing company Parlevliet & Van der Plas (P&P) has bought a share in fellow processor Platvis Holland.
There will be an equal 50 percent stake in shareholding between P&P and the Jonk family that currently manages the Platvis company, Platvis Commercial Director Roland van Dasler told IntraFish.
Together they have acquired Belgian seafood processor Nordpesca Europe NV, which will be transferred to the Netherlands and operate under the name Nordpesca Holland.
