Six members of Pacific Andes International Holdings' founding Ng family and another 12 defendants are facing a second lawsuit filed by FTI Consulting, acting as liquidator of four PA subsidiaries, and third-party supplier Solar Fish Trading for “dishonest assistance” in breach of fiduciary duties, and “conspiracy to defraud.”

This case, filed in the Hong Kong High Court April 18, comes in addition to Bankruptcy Court proceedings in the Southern District of New York on April 29, which allege the Ng family conducted a wide-scale, multi-year fraud scheme that funneled potentially billions of dollars back to Pacific Andes.
