Spanish multinational Pescanova on Monday announced it won't be able to provide all the necessary information on Nueva Pescanova's strategic plan for 2020 to the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV), which would use it to evaluate Old Pescanova's request to list on the stock market.
The company "is not yet in a position to provide all the information about the strategic plan required by the CNMV, which would include the eventual project of reinforcement of assets, because it does not have that information yet," Pescanova said in a statement to the regulator.
