Norwegian aquaculture supplier OK Marine acquired Aquality, which specializes in automatic fish feeding systems.
"Aquality has a product portfolio that complements us very well, and the acquisition represents a strategic move for OK Marine to take an even stronger position against preventative lice measures," OK Marine General Manager Atle Kristoffersen said.
OK Marine will focus on Aquality's product development and customer follow-ups.
Other than automatic fish feeding systems, Aquality also supplies feeding buoys, transport tanks for cleaner fish, and tanks for farming lumpfish.
