Norway Royal Salmon's largest shareholder merges with aquaculture services giant

Fully integrated aquaculture group NTS has begun the process of merging with the Froy Group, and if it is completed, NTS will become the company's largest single shareholder of Norway Royal Salmon (NRS).

The Froy Group operates 66 service boats for the aquaculture industry.

Froy Group's parent company, Gaso Naeringsutvikling, is owned by Helge Gaso, who has the majority share in NRS. Gaso is also chairman of the board of NRS, and through Gaso Naeringsutvikling now owns 16 percent of the company.
