Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) on Wednesday announced it sold its minority stake in Norwegian salmon farming group Masoval Fishfarm to the majority owner, Masoval Fiskeoppdrett.
NRS previously held 36.1 percent of Masoval.
The shares are valued at NOK 143 million ($16.7 million/€14.2 million), and NRS will receive an additional NOK 30 million ($3.5 million/€3 million) in dividends related to 2020 earnings, the company said in an announcement on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
