Danish fishmeal and fish oil producer TripleNine -- Europe's largest -- is looking at investment opportunities to expand its operations near existing markets, its CEO Jes Bjerregaard told IntraFish.
Norwegian firm Koppernaes recently became the majority owner of the firm, and the company is in it for the long term.
The details of the strategic direction TripleNine will take still have to be carved out. However, the aim is clear.
"We're looking at all alternatives for growth," Bjerregaard, who took over the helm at the firm in June this year, said.
