UK-based Nomad Foods is offering 20 million of its ordinary shares through an underwritten public offering, announced Monday.

The parent company of Birds Eye, Findus and Iglo, among others, intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

It is offering 17,391,305 of its ordinary shares at a public offering price of $20.00 (€17.60) per share with the gross proceeds to Nomad Foods expected to be approximately $347,826,100 (€306.7 million), before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Nomad Foods.
