Atlantic Sapphire Denmark's newly appointed Managing Director Ole Spicker bought 2,000 shares in the company on Feb. 10.

The transaction was worth NOK 285,000 (€28,000/$31,000), leaving Spicker with less than 1 percent of the outstanding shares.

Spicker was operations manager at Atlantic Sapphire prior to being promoted to his current position.

He replaced Ole Christian Norvik, who had been with the company since mind-2018, before resigning for personal reasons.

Norwegian business tycoon Runar Vatne recently upped his stake in Atlantic Sapphire to 5.19 percent.
