UK seafood processors and suppliers Falfish and International Seafoods Limited, both 100-percent owned by UK supermarket chain Morrisons, saw profits dip in their latest financial years ending Oct. 30, 2022.
Falfish, a family-owned seafood processor based in Cornwall that Morrisons bought in 2021, posted a profit for the 52-week period of £139,000 (€161,847/$177,599). As the company recently changed its accounting reference date, this compares with a profit of £328,000 (€381,912/$419,083) for the 31 weeks ending October 2021.
