UK-based marine technology company OTAQ Group acquired the trade and assets of ROS Technology, an innovative tech business specializing in electronics and mechanical design in multiple industries, including aquaculture and offshore.
The acquisition will enhance OTAQ's aquaculture research and development capabilities as the company aims to increase its product offering.
OTAQ acquired the trade and assets of ROS Technology for £300,000 (€332,000/$395,000) to be satisfied from existing cash resources.
