After 15 years as an equity analyst covering the salmon sector, Tore Tonseth has left SpareBank 1 to take on a role as investment director for Ronja Capital, holding company for the Norwegian Halsebakk family's investments.

His begins in his new role on Dec. 1.
"I think that the time has come to do something else, where I can involve myself more directly in projects,” Tonseth told IntraFish. "I will follow up on existing investments and make new ones. One of the things we need to do is build up a stock portfolio of listed seafood stocks, but we also have investments in unlisted assets."
