Lawyers for former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski are asking a US district judge in Northern California to exclude recent statements given to the Department of Justice (DOJ) by Stephen Hodge, a former senior vice president for sales at Starkist, who pleaded guilty in 2017 to being part of the tuna price-fixing scandal.
