Leroy Seafood Group’s revealed it is setting aside NOK 211 million (€21.8 million/$21.7 million) to cover the settlement costs related to a lawsuit in the United States over alleged price fixing.
The group said there are “significant costs” in connection with the lawsuits, for which it has made provisions for expected costs and expenses of NOK 211 million (€21.8 million/$21.7 million) including material legal fees, other related expenses, as well as payments related to settlement.
