Leroy Havfisk -- the wild-harvest arm of Leroy Seafood Group -- posted a profit during the second quarter, after shifting strategy to focus on non-core, but higher value species.

Norway's largest trawler company, posted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of NOK 65 million (€6.3 million/$7.3 million) in the quarter, turning around a loss of NOK 5 million (€481,171/$564,893) during the same period in 2020.

Revenue for the wild-catch business amounted to NOK 686 million (€66 million/$77.5 million), up 13 percent over the same period a year ago.
