Robust seafood demand and a resilient, integrated value chain delivered salmonid farmer and fishing company Leroy Seafood Group a record high quarter, with revenue and earnings both rocketing.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) soared 63 percent year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2021 to NOK 1.2 billion (€119 million/$135 million) .

The result was delivered in part by record high revenue, which rose 26 percent to NOK 6.5 billion (€643 million/$731 million).

Strong demand and prices were enhanced by increased harvests in both Leroy's aquaculture and fishing segments.
