Leroy Seafood Group will distribute a dividend of NOK 13 (€1.40/$1.60) per share for the first quarter of the year at its general shareholders meeting Tuesday.
The dividend will be paid on June 2 and will be paid to the shareholders who are registered shareholders of Leroy Seafood Group as of May 23.
Leroy's shares will be traded ex-dividend from and including May 24.
