Nutreco-backed land-based salmon farmer Nordic Aqua Partners has successfully completed a private placement of new shares, raising €55.1 million ($65.4 million) for its project in China.
The company, which plans to list on Oslo’s Merkur Market in December, allocated over 7.2 million new shares at a subscription price of €7.64
