Atlantic Sapphire, the world's largest land-based salmon farmer, will start harvesting its first fish in the United States in September, the company announced in its first H1 report since listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The group currently has around five million fish, or 2,200 metric tons of biomass, in production at its Bluehouse facilities in the United States and Denmark. Of this four million are in its Miami, Florida farm.
